Stake Engage is a movement dedicated to cementing a better future for all. Founded by Rikki Garcia, with 30 years of experience of engaging young people, older people, staff teams, volunteers and senior decision makers in participation, co-production and co-design processes to amplify stakeholder voices and improve services. We believe in working together, holding leaders accountable through collaboration, and supporting and empowering people to join in and take action. Through sustainable collaborative processes, we ensure stakeholders voices are heard.

Stake Engage's associates, are a group of highly experienced, enthusiastic professionals from a range of professional and personal backgrounds. RIKKI GARCIA

Founder/CEO

Rikki Garcia has 28 years of experience working in the public and voluntary sector with staff teams, community groups, and local people to create participatory and collaborative mechanisms aiming to improve teams, systems and services. 

MICHELLE GOLDING

Assessor

Michelle Golding was a foster carer herself before training as a social worker, and now has ten years' experience assessing and supervising foster carers, including three years as a family court magistrate.

JANE LAW

Assessor

Jane began as a teacher specialising in health and social care, qualified as a social worker, with extensive experience with adults and children with disabilities, and over twelve years experience assessing and supervising foster carers. Jane is also a foster carer herself.
